The Trinity University Conference & Special Programs staff is happy to meet your specific needs in any way we can.  Whether that means converting a non-traditional space into the venue you are looking for or providing top-tier catering and entertainment for your group, we are here to make your upcoming conference a success.  

• Providing shuttle service to and from area attractions (ex. downtown, airport)
• Create large, outdoor venues with tents
• Large scale catering for up to 1,700 participants (ex. Mexican Fiesta, Texas BBQ)
• Accommodate a vast range of dietary requirements, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free as well as allergy requirements
• Convert non-traditional spaces into banquet spaces and plenary sessions (ex. gymnasium)
