The Texas Association of Secondary School Principals has hosted the annual New Principal Academy at Trinity University for about 15 years. Each year, the staff at Trinity goes above and beyond to welcome and support our principals and assistant principals as they attend the academy. The Office of Conference and Special Programs staff’s professionalism along with the serene environment of the campus enable our attendees to have a rich, positive experience.

I have had the pleasure of working with Trinity University’s Office of Conferences and Special on a range of events, from small meetings to international conferences. From design and planning to on-site support and final wrap-up, the expert staff brings years of professional expertise and important local contacts. Their attention to detail and sensitivity to participants’ experience made the events unqualified successes.

For the past five years, Trinity has helped us to host a five day, over-night summer event for about 100 participants. Year after year, Trinity's Office of Conferences and Special Programs is incredibly accommodating of our requests—from dietary restrictions, to technology requirements--the staff makes everything happen to ensure a smooth conference.

I have called on the Office of Conferences and Special Programs to organize annual conferences hosting German students and teachers on campus. In addition to preparing and executing plans with consummate skill, all memebers of the team manifest unmistakable joy in doing so. This perfect balance of professional seriousness with personal good cheer always leaves the German perticipants raving about the program.
- Dr. Peter O'Brien, Professor of Political Science
What really makes their programs better than any other program I have seen in over 30 years is their professionalism, their dedication, their caring for each individual in those groups, and their ability to adjust to the needs of changing groups of teachers with very diverse backgrounds. All participants send us reports absolutely full of appreciation and greatfulness for their professional and personal experiences.
